Golf conditioning is the training of golf related muscles for improving your game of golf. Golf training is one approach that can greatly improve any restriction that may occur during the golf swing in regards to golf posture. Proper preparation is a great way to: increase driving distance & club speed, improve focus and concentration,and prevent and rehabilitate injuries to enhance sport specific-movements. This will increase strength, speed and power. Physical conditioning is even more beneficial when it is started during the winter months to prepare the bodyfor the stresses it will endure during the golf season. Golf conditioning is about strength and flexibility, which is no longer reserved for a select few.

How long will it take for me to get into great condition for running?
Summer started and I have started training. I run the mile on average 7:25. How long to get that under 6 minutes?
My routine everyday: Run 30 minutes or 3-4 miles.
30 minutes of push ups, curl ups, sprints, and lifting.
Mile test.
I do this every day and DON"T SAY YOU ARE OVERTRAINING. How long for me to get that amazing mile time?
I feel it is good to have a variety in your workout routine. Vary the intensity so that your body has a chance to work on different aspects of running (strength, speed, and endurance) as well as giving you a chance to rest. I don't think it is helpful doing sprints after a long distance run (because sprints use the fast twitch muscles, which are more effective when the whole body is fresh). Also, you're not making best use of the muscles if you are lifting after all of that running and then immediately doing that mile test. I would test the mile once a week, not every day. Don't forget to have a rest day for full recovery. If you want to do something on the 7th day, make sure it is REALLY REALLY LIGHT (like stretching only).
Sorry, but it does look like you ARE overtraining and you could hurt yourself more than gain much from it.
