CSharpZealot.com - Development Community
The CSharpZealot community is focused on working with Microsoft Visual C# for the .Net framework and supporting technologies.
C# is an object-orientated programming language developed by Microsoft as part of their .Net initiative, and later approved as a standard by ECMA and ISO. C# has a procedural, object-orientated syntax based on C++ that includes aspects of several other programming languages (most notably Delphi and Java) with a particular emphasis on simplification.
Visual C# is Microsoft's implementation of the C# programming language specification. It is based on the ECMA/ISO specification of the C# language, which Microsoft also created. While multiple implementations of the specification exist, Visual C# is by far the one most commonly used. In most contexts, an unqualified reference to "C#" is taken to mean "Visual C#."
The reason for this community is to share the knowledge of the masses and to bring technical articles and news to the community.
